Director of Market Intelligence - Las Vegas, NV


Phase 3 Recruiting is actively seeking a Director of Market Intelligence for our rapidly growing client in Las Vegas, NV.  The Director of Market Intelligence is responsible for managing field intelligence and data collection initiatives.  This person will with work R&D, Operations and Sales in establishing and maintaining communication with global offices.
  
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, analyze and report of marketing database
Assist with the development of marketing material
Present product trends and status to senior management
Recommend product modifications and direction
Manage field intelligence and data collection initiative
Work with R&D to critique product features
Collect, analyze , and report on competitive trends
Collect and collateral, and report on industry trends
Provide sales with information that is useful in making customer  presentations
Manage forecasting process

Qualifications:
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or a related field and or equivalent experience.

Experience:  
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Skills/Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of project and product management experience is highly desired
Structured
Detail-oriented
Disciplined
Project Execution and follow-through
Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Senior UI Developer - Orem, UT


Wanted: UI Ninjas!

Phase 3 seeks senior UI Developers for our client in the Provo/Orem, UT area.  We are looking for passionate and creative UI developers with a knack for building highly interactive, browser based user interfaces that are on the cutting edge of modern web application design.

What do you need in order to be considered?  CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX—and, of course, a killer portfolio.

Become a key player on our client’s User Experience Team, working closely with their UX Designers and Product Managers to rapidly build functional, highly polished prototypes of new product features.

Qualified candidates must be able to quickly make iterative changes to prototypes based on usability research and design feedback. Selected senior Web UI Developers will work closely with internal engineering teams to communicate product behavior and design requirements by delivering high quality UI prototypes, as well as mentor team members on cross-browser web development standards and best practices.

Summary
Our client’s senior UI roles require strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly produce pixel perfect UI prototypes using current web development technologies. Expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. jQuery) along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers and engineers are essential skills for this position.

Requirements        
3+ years front-end web UI development experience
Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
Ability quickly create high quality functional UI prototypes from static Photoshop or Fireworks files
Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser web development best practices and the ability to mentor others
Previous work samples demonstrating proficiency in building highly interactive web based user experiences
Bachelors Degree in Digital Media, Web Design, Human Factors, Software Development or related field is a plus
