Phase 3 seeks a strong Assistant Director for our client’s Front End Web Team.  This person will be responsible for all external facing systems, including all public web sites.  The ideal candidate will be a strong frontend developer with proven experience in the markup and maintenance of highly interactive web applications.  This role includes managing the team that develops many of our client’s public web front ends, including websites, emails, landing pages, online forms and more.  Our client has a fast-paced, dynamic, energetic, and fun environment.  You will have the opportunity to work with a large development department while collaborating with a team of Graphic Designers and UI experts to develop and maintain high-traffic web applications.  
 
Required skills and abilities
B.S. in Information Systems or equivalent experience
3-5 years of team lead/management experience
Expert JavaScript and CSS abilities
Excellent command of JavaScript-based tools such as jQuery
Good working knowledge of AJAX
Cross-browser compatibility and implementation experience
Website Development in PHP
Extensive SEO and Web Usability experience
Excellent Photoshop skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to work well with a team that has existing development standards
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to take feedback constructively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Ideal Candidate
Familiarity with MySQL, Flex/Flash

Senior UI Developer - Orem, UT

Phase 3 seeks senior UI Developers for our client in the Provo/Orem, UT area.  We are looking for passionate and creative UI developers with a knack for building highly interactive, browser based user interfaces that are on the cutting edge of modern web application design.

Become a key player on our client’s User Experience Team, working closely with their UX Designers and Product Managers to rapidly build functional, highly polished prototypes of new product features.

Qualified candidates must be able to quickly make iterative changes to prototypes based on usability research and design feedback.
