We are looking for experienced and innovative Perl developers for our NYC-based client, a successful ecommerce company.  Ideal candidates will be independent and creative programmers who can solve complicated problems and complete sophisticated projects in a timely manner.  Moreover, ideal candidates will have a passion for developing high-traffic websites and providing optimization, redundancy, fail over, load-balancing, and tiered architectures.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years Perl experience
2-4 years’ experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
2-5 years of MySQL experience
3+ years of Linux experience
 
Preferred but NOT required:
AJAX
HTML::Mason
Web layout design
ImageMagick
PerlMagick
PHP
Bash
C, C++, and/or C#
mod_perl / Apache
Video editing
MySQL replication/optimization
 
Additional requirements:

Phase 3 seeks Pharmacy Benefit Management Domain Experts (Business Analysts) for direct hire jobs in New Jersey.  We have TWO (2) IMMEDIATE job  opportunities that must be filled in February 2011.  Come work for the world’s largest quality assurance testing company onsite at a global pharmaceutical corporation, where you will analyze and validate the business user requirements, translate the business user requirements into use cases, help teams in converting use cases into test scenarios for various testing events, and validate the test cases developed by teams against requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree
7-10 years of experience testing in Medicare Part-D setup
Thorough understanding and up to date knowledge of CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) policies and guidelines around Medicare Part-D and PBM
Ability to review/audit the existing business process and identify  the gaps
Sound knowledge of Prescription Drug Plan design procedure and administering Pharmacy benefit management for health plan clients

Software Developer C++ Opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada


Software Developer C++

Phase 3 is looking for Software Developers with strong C++ experience for an opportunity in Las Vegas, NV.  Responsibilities include developing interfaces for various client-side and back-end systems and services.  These components will be used by hundreds, if not thousands of merchants.  This position is part of a team that works together through collaboration and code review to produce high-quality, high-performance, highly reliable, secure systems in an agile environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Knowledge of Windows, Windows CE, and Unix or Linux
  • Knowledge of encryption techniques
  • Knowledge of network protocols
  • Knowledge of other languages such as Delphi, C#, Java, or SQL would be a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas
  • Must be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude

Education and Experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or commensurate experience)
  • Experience with C++ developing high-performance multi-threaded components
  • Experience with Windows, Unix, Linux and/or Windows CE
  • Experience with Delphi, C#, and/or SQL Server would be a plus
  • Experience with encryption, specifically DUKPT, would be a plus
  • Experience in e-Commerce and/or the card payment industry would be a plus

Art Designer

Phase 3 Recruiting is looking for a highly motivated and productive Art Designer for a direct-hire position with our client in Las Vegas, NV.  Primary responsibilities include researching, designing, and developing art work for media used to explain or enhance games created for casinos.  This will involve determining style, technique and medium in order to produce the desired effect while conforming to reproduction requirements. 

Requirements
  • Create and/or enhance drawings as well as computer generated symbols or characters
  • Provide 2D and 3D user interface screens and typefaces for incorporation into final games
  • Creates, colors and touches up game-ready electronic artwork
  • Contributes innovative and original ideas to game or art team
  • Provides background art or color specialties
  • Finishes layout, complementary portion of artwork to design team, or modifies art characters under tight deadlines
  • Consults with game designer to develop and complete game themes
  • Reports to senior management
  • Complies with company’s regulatory guidelines and corporate policies at all times
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products and employee information
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Art institute certifications or awards desirable.
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training. 
  • Strong life drawing skills and experience
  • Clear understanding of theme art, color, and gaming symbols
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Director, Flash, MAYA 3D software are desirable
  • Gaming Industry experience desirable
