Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking Senior Java Developers for our successful and stable client in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Selected candidates will build and maintain applications in a team that is a comprised of developers, analysts, and architects.  Our client works with agile development practices with a goal of delivering quality software.  Your role will include gathering requirements, active participation in design sessions, and interaction with other technology groups.     

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience
Object-oriented design and analysis
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience with server-side, multi-threaded Java Development
Experience with relational databases such as Sybase or Oracle
JSP & Struts or other web frameworks
Hibernate or other object-relational frameworks
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass a background check.
Relocation and/or H1B visa transfer available for the right candidates
