Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking C#.NET Software Developers for our successful and stable client in Salt Lake City, Utah. Selected candidates will build and maintain applications in a team that is a comprised of developers, analysts, and architects. Our client works with agile development practices with a goal of delivering quality software. Your role will include gathering requirements, active participation in design sessions, and interaction with other technology groups.

The ideal candidate will have experience coding, testing, and deploying various system components in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with the architecture to integrate the core technology components, as well as work with the users to help define priorities, clarify business requirements, and ensure proper testing.

Requirements:
Experience with Object-oriented design and analysis
Expert level knowledge of C#.NET User interfaces
Experience with Winforms
Knowledge of Java is an added bonus
5+ years of technical experience
Experience working with messaging and parallel transaction processing systems
Experience with performance tuning, scalability and optimization strategies
Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit) and concepts

Preferred Experience:
B.S. Degree in Computer Science
Strong working knowledge of RDBMS
Project lifecycle management experience, including testing and deployment
Must be able to work well with technical leads, business analysts, peer developers and junior developers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent ability to multi-task
