Flash Game Developer Opportunities in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Phase 3 Recruiting is looking for two Flash Developers/Game Designers who have experience building Flash games.  These games will communicate with existing server applications through various methods, such as XML messaging through sockets.  Candidates must have a balance of Actionscript 3 and Flash skills.  Based in the Las Vegas area, our client is the premier developer of custom content for the gaming industry.  

Requirements
1+ years of experience developing Actionscript 3, with emphasis on AS3, using Adobe Flash IDE
Must be able to show work examples
Experience in internet based communication protocols with Flash a must
2+ years development using OOP methodology a must
Photoshop, Flash animation and general graphic design skills are a plus
Gaming industry experience, or online game design experience a plus
Any mobile experience, particularly iPhone or iPad applications are a plus
Portfolio containing one or more Flash games is a big plus
B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
