Core Java Developers needed in Utah!

Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking Core Java/J2EE Developers for our successful and stable client in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ideal candidate will have experience working across various business user groups, including sales, operations, service and compliance, as well as other Technology Teams, in order to implement enhancements to existing software as well as potential new rollouts.  Responsibilities will include working closely with multiple user groups to define requirements, as well as working on 3 tier architecture starting from user desktop (Java Swing, JSPs) to database using EJB and Business Process Frameworks (JBPM). 
   
Requirements:
3-4 years of Core Java and J2EE Application Development experience
2-3 years of relational database experience (Sybase/UDB, SQL programming)
1-2 years Perl in Unix environment development
1-2 years of jBPM experience

Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Team leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working both independently as well as part of a team
