Exclusive Core Java Developer job opportunity through Phase 3 Recruiting.  We seek a strong, mid to senior-level Core Java Developer for a new direct-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT.  We seek passionate and ambitious developers with 4+ years of Java development experience.  Ideal candidates are those who have an in-depth understanding of CORE Java principles from both education and experience, and who also work well in an n-tier environment and have strong skills in front end technologies (modern standards based AJAX Frameworks, JavaScript, debugging).  They will also understand how they will contribute to a team environment, and the end collaborative result.

Requirements
4+ years of enterprise software development experience
Excellent understanding of object-oriented design patterns
Excellent core Java skills
Strong in Web technologies/Javascript/Ajax
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with team members, and develop/maintain strong relationships with colleagues
Ability to adapt to changing projects and departmental priorities

Preferred Technical Skills
Enterprise RDBMS (Oracle and/or Sybase)
Experience in multi-threaded programming
