Phase 3 Recruiting seeks an experienced QA Analyst for a new open direct-hire position with our Salt Lake City client, an established and thriving company.

The QA Analyst will work with COO, CIO, and Software Development Manager in analyzing new software development projects, as well as reviewing, analyzing, adopting, and implementing new technologies with an eye to all the quality assurance issues anticipated in the development lifecycle. The QA Analyst will also gather user requirements and provide reports to leadership and development staff. The QA Analyst will write test scripts, run full manual tests with other QA staff members, provide test results to development staff and leadership.

Candidates must be able to write SQL Queries, Joins, etc. They must also have experience creating, updating, and executing tests with testing tools such as Selenium.  Ideal candidates will have Java and/or JavaScript

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science (or related field)
3+ years of QA Testing experience
1+ years of QA Analysis experience
SQL Database knowledge and experience
SCRUM methodology experience

Preferred but NOT required:
Java/JEE application development knowledge/experience
Experience with Selenium or similar tool (strongly preferred)

Ability to collaborate with team members, and develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and leaders involved in the software development cycle
