Phase 3 Recruiting seeks a Market Analyst with strong SQL skills and statistics experience for a direct-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, Utah!  This position will help to drive revenue as well as increasing customer retention, and will focus on using data and analytics in order to accomplish this.  The successful candidate will have experience working with different business and technical teams, as well as executive management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong SQL Skills
Experience with data mining software packages such as SAS or SPSS
Experience with analytic DBMS systems such as Teradata
Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects or Cognos
Experience with various web-development tools such as Java, HTML, etc is ideal
Strong analytical and statistical skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics plus at least four years of experience using data and statistics in a marketing environment is critical

Preferred but NOT required Experience:
PostgreSQL
Master’s Degree
