Phase 3 seeks senior UX Designer for our client in the Provo/Orem, UT area.  We are looking for passionate and creative UX Designers who will play a critical role to ensure both the interaction and visual design of our client’s products combine to create an amazing user experience.
Become a key player on our client’s User Experience Team, working closely with their other Designers and Product Managers to rapidly build functional, highly polished prototypes of new product features.

Your role will include translating business needs and user goals into elegant, intuitive and engaging experiences.  You will also conduct user research and usability tests.  Your responsibilities will include defining the product behavior while using the latest interaction design methodologies and deliverables such as user flows and wireframes.  This is an opportunity for you to create highly refined visual designs of the product’s user interface, as well as working with a stellar development team to maintain the design consistency and quality throughout implementation.
Requirements        
3+ years professional interaction design experience
Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline such as Graphic Design
A rockstar portfolio of your work experience demonstrating both interaction and visual interface design skills.
Solid understanding of UX best practices as well as interaction design principles
Strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills
You must be an expert with the Adobe suite of products!
The ability to multi-task is a must!
