Business Analyst
Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in Salt Lake City, UT.   The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems, processes, and user needs for various automated projects.   
Responsibilities
-          Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems by following appropriate standards and requirement gathering. 
-          Conduct tests or test planning sessions, provide input for feasibility and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation.
-          Act as a liaison with management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes or systems

Financial Reporting Manager
Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for our client in Salt Lake City, UT.   The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, budget, or financial analysis.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
Responsibilities
-          Coordinate, manage, prepare and distribute internal financial statements and accounting data
-          General accounting functions including general ledger entries, allocations, and reconciliations
-          Manage financial analysis projects and statistical studies including interpretations of statistical and financial information, forecasting and financial planning.
-          Ensure all documentation complies with company regulations and standards
-          Personnel management and performance evaluations
-          Work with management to provide decision support analysis
-          Perform other duties as assigned
