Phase 3 Recruiting attended G2E in Las Vegas over the past few days and had an incredible time connecting and networking with people who came from around the world.  We believe that the most important part of recruiting is the relationship that we develop with clients and candidates.  That is why we are in the process of creating a valuable and FREE coaching system - to help those struggling with finding new employment navigate the job search process.

Keys to Thriving in this Economy

What are the keys to not just survive, but to
THRIVE during this economy?

1) Take Accountability- it doesn't serve you to blame
the government, the economy, your spouse or your
business partner or anyone else for the results you
are experiencing. Top producers know that they are
responsible and find power in knowing that.

2) Be FIRM in your VISION and Flexible in
your Approach.

committed to getting there, but be flexible in
your approach. Times change quickly, you must
continually adapt.

3) Sharpen your Axe- A famous quote from Abe
Lincoln is "that if I had an hour to chop down a tree,
I would spend 40 minutes sharpening my axe."

The greatest key to lasting success is a committment
by you to continually grow, and learn and refine your
skills and understanding. Those that allow themselves
to stop learning become stagnant and don't stand a
chance in this economy. It's like trying to chop down
a tree with a dull axe and blaming the tree for being
too hard.

Software Engineers - Salt Lake City


Phase 3 Recruiting is seeking three software engineers to help build, maintain, and strengthen our client’s applications suite.

Our client is a dynamic and growing, healthcare information technology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our founders have helped build a variety of innovative software for technology companies, including Oracle, Intel, and TenFold. This position will assist in the development, contracting and selling of our innovative enterprise-level applications for biomedical data aggregation and business intelligence across multiple healthcare settings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build new applications and services
  • Testing and debugging applications and services
  • Enhance existing software systems
  • Participate in software design sessions
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or other technology specific field
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages – C#.NET/PHP/Java

Support Services Manager - Salt Lake City, UT

Phase 3 Recruiting is looking for a talented, hardworking, and passionate candidate to fill the role of a Support Services Manager for our client in Salt Lake City, UT.  The right candidate for this position is someone that has a strong enthusiasm for solving issues arising from application or processes failures.  The candidate must also lead the support team in meeting defined Service Level Agreements.  They must be successful in leading the support team to provide timely support for all applications internally developed using JavaSE and JavaEE connecting to an Oracle database.  Production support includes phone support, triage issues, troubleshoot complex software, handle minor issues, document the resolution or actions taken, coordinate and escalate all other issues.  Candidate must be decisive, action oriented, and results driven.  They will need to be able to set, communicate, and accomplish both team and individual goals.
